I ordered pizza on 9th October(Order No.82). It was delivered after 1.5hrs and too it was not hot.
When I tried to call their CC number to inquire about the delivery status, I got a message that the call with be chargeable to me as per special number criteria. When I tried to call the local store, it gave a message that all incoming calls are blocked. So, they are literally not reachable.
Finally, I could manage to raise a complaint. Someone called back and said that the amount will be refunded back. Its almost 10 days now, but the refund never came in. This is against their publicity stunt that if Pizza is not delivered within 30mins, then the amount will be refunded. This is nothing but daylight cheating and unfair trade practice.
