This was the very last time I was ordering from Domino's!
Every time I think about this incident it absolutely pisses me off how this brand has gone to the dogs.
I ordered a simple tandoori chicken pizza and a small size I might add and that's it.
Guess what! THE PIZZA WAS 2 HOURS LATE!
during this excruciating wait time, I called their call center 7 times to follow up about my order but every person I spoke to did not know the first thing about customer service.
They in their recorded puppet voice kept promising me that my pizza will be delivered in 5-7 mins "hot & fresh". I heard this stupid please over and over again. They wouldn't even let me finish about my query and there it was, the overused script again.
I raised a formal complaint in every form possible, verbal! Email! Review and some online feedback.
All they have back was Rs. 300 in my Domino's wallet which DISAPPEARED WITHIN TWO WEEKS MYSTERIOUSLY.
"if I paid from my bank account how dare you tell me that I can't be refunded in my bank account."
This was not the first time this branch/brand disappointed me. I've had complaints with previous orders as well but nothing as frustrating as this experience.
Because of their stupid policy of only giving a credit in my Domino's wallet I get stuck ordering their pathetic pizzas again and the cycle repeats!
DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER! FROM NAUPADA BRANCH
