Some months back I had ordered a pizza from domino’s. after waiting for a long time, I got a call from domino’s people that their oven has been stopped working so that your pizza would be delivered late and I would have to pay for the pizza.
the pizza reached me after exactly one hour and delivery boy started demanding money. I told them that money is not the problem, because simply if I am buying your product I have to pay for this. but who has ask them to make double standards policies, first you advertise yourself that if you are late you will provide free pizza and now you people are making excuses. come on man, have guts and sell your product in a simple manner like other. why losing your dignity by making false commitments.
the delivery boy had not any answer. I also understood that his manger has sent him like a scapegoat and I had to pay him.
