I am frequently ordering Domino’s pizza. However, I am extremely disappointed by the way Domino’s(Such a big brand) back outs from their COMMITMENTS.
You have offered the Scheme of Friday buy 1 pizza and get another absolutely free with the code of MOB06. Yesterday, as well it was there in all the websites especially yours. I had ordered it last Friday as well.Hence, I made a plan for ordering 1+1 free pizza. But when I ordered the pizza the code was not accepted. Further, on calling at customer care the executives did not answered properly saying that the offer is over. How come the offer be over if it is advertised widely by you company. Screen shot of the offer is attached as a proof. It is pathetic that Dominos backs out their commitments.
I am going to file a complain with the consumer court against it.ALSO MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET ANY ORDER IN FUTURE FROM MY END. I dislike dealing with the people who break their commitments.You have lost a valued customer.
