Veg pizza with ’’chicken’’ service. Agonizing night it was yesterday for me when I found a chicken piece in a veg pizza at DOMINOS. I was extremely disturbed coz of this incident. When I informed the staff & the shift mAnasultanger of the store, they accepted that the piece found in the pizza was a chicken piece.
They were silent to the whole incident & later they just refused to listen to my problem and said they don;t have any solution to it. I called up the store mAnasultanger & then the area mAnasultanger of Bangalore District. And to my surprise the response was only arrogant. I was left in a situation where I couldn’t raise my concerns to anyone. On Friday they neither paid me back the money or showed the willingness to resolve my problem. What irritated me even more was, only when I spoke to them a day later (Saturday) was the audacity with what they said that they can aishwaryasingh23 the price of the pizza. Such incidents are minute, however, it is quite disturbing when it happens. I always had great opinions about DOMINOS & it just shattered.
Vegetarians "think again". This is not the first incident & many complaints gone to their table must have been left untouched by them. DOMINOS you may never want vegetarian customers. If that’s the case please intimate us
beforehand rather than treating us so dirty. This incident happened @ Dominos - RMZ Ecospace, Bellandur Gate, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore.
