This is what happened last night. I order one large mexican wave pizza and a medium spicy pizza (I don’t remember the exact one, the guy who took the order suggested this one).
I placed the order at 9:35 PM, and at 10:15 when I called back again to check why the pizza wasn’t delivered, I was told that there’s no order with this number, and I should place a fresh order again.
I am regular customer of Dominos Mohali(My office is in mohali), and I specifically called Dominos Mohali to take the number of Dominos Chandigarh.
All this for the hassle that I was put through??? Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the next guy hung up on me.
I know it may be a small thing for you, and none may notice, but Dominos screwed my new year eve. I’ll not forget this one.
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM DOMINOS AGAIN, and am going to do as much as I can to spread this.
