A long, long time ago, I used to order from Domino’s, so I thought I’d give it a try again. I am soooooooooo sorry I did !
I really don’t remember it being so awful. The crust is too thick and doughy. The sauce (the little that there is on the pizza) is terrible. It has a bitter taste. The topping were few and far between and it was delivered cold.
The other night we wanted to order a pizza from the restaurant we usually go to, but decided to give Domino’s a try again. (For old times sake). I called and ordered a large pizza with (Don’t laugh, this is what we like!) anchovies, onions and green pepper. The young man on the phone said they were very busy and it should arrive in about 45-50 minutes. (What happened to 30 minutes or it’s free?) We waited an hour! It finally arrived, I paid the delivery person the $11.65 and gave him a tip.
We sat down to eat it within 3 minutes of the delivery, only to find it cold. So I had to heat it up in the oven. When we finally did get to eat it we were totally disappointed!
I called Domino’s to let them know our pizza arrived cold after waiting an hour for it and all the gentleman said was, ’’sorry, we’re busy.’’ I then proceeded to let him know how dissatisfied we were with the pizza altogether and again all he could say was, ’’sorry, we’re busy, it shouldn’t happen again.’’
100% correct, it will never happen again because I will never order from Domino’s again !
