Today I am going to review Domino’s Pizza the famous Pizza brand in India. Recently I had a chance to visit shimla for some official work and we decided to have pizza at Domino’s. Earlier we were thinking of getting a home delivery but then we thought that it is not that far from our hotel so we can walk till the restaurant. It was evening when we reached there and the restaurant was almost empty. We thought that since its evening and winter season so might be people are not interested in eating a Pizza. We order a farmhouse large pizza with cheese burst and other toppings. First of all there system was not working properly so they took a lot of time in taking our order. We were hungry so we felt frustrated. Then after 20 min when pizza arrived it was not the same which we ordered and we had a big discussion over it. Finally we decided to eat it as we were hungry. We also ordered cold drinks with the pizza which are not as cold as we are expecting because the refrigerator was not working properly. We had a terrible experience while visiting Domino’s in Shimla although they have refunded our money because of inconvenience but still we were not happy as money can’t buy every thing.
