Me and my brothers are pizza lovers and we prefer to eat in domino’s pizza. although 3-4 domino’s restaurants in our city but we eat at golden temple branch of Domino’s only for one reason that is its a pure veg resurgent so we don’t have any regarding non-veg and veg food mix up. we eat at that place several times on many occasions. we have good experiences and few bad experiences. one of them was completely bad and we never ate there after that incident.
our normal order is same as country special pizza or farmhouse pizza with cold drinks and in side order we have calzone pockets but this time we order for deluxe veggie pizza. as we ordered we were charged 200 rs for 2 can of coke that was first point on which I argued with manager that before making bill you have to mention the price of can. but instead of listening to me he just reminded me about the company polices and said that he is also helpless in this case and after little bit conversation my brother stopped me for that. we waited for our order and order arrived. my brother just teared one slice of pizza and there was a small particle of hair in that. we asked for manager and finally manager came and listen to our state and replaced our pizza. afterwards another pizza came and this time too there was a small particle of hair beneath pizza. we were really pissed off and asked for refund but instead of giving us refund they produced another pizza. helplessly we tell them to pack it.
it was a very bad experience with domino’s and after that I haven’t eaten at that place again
