I placed order at 1:28 P.M. today and by mistake I forget to select the timing slot. Immediately at 1:31 P.M. I called their customer care for change in timing of delivery but I got only assurances and I again called twice at 2:11 P.M. and 2:29 P.M. but no solution was provided. Even complaint was closed automatically and nobody contacted me even after calling three times. The delivery person called 5 times for locating my address as he was not having any idea of the location.I told him that nobody is at home but he didn’t returned and the order was delivered to security guard at 2:30 P.M.(clearly 30 minutes late). So after my so much effort I didn’t got my product the way it was meant to be delivered. I expected a fresh product and good services but thanks to their careless, third class and unprofessional services. Their employees and executives are liars.
