Dominos is a very well known pizza site available all over the india. and they are earning a lot of money. but because one of my bad experience with them I am very dissatisfied with the dominos service.
I had a 500 rupees dominos gift voucher and I had purchased it from the nearbuy.com. after getting the voucher I was just understanding the voucher and was trying how to apply it on website. but to my surprise when I applied the voucher code the order was placed. this was very surprising. because all the website take confirmation of the order after applying the coupon code but they did not ask for my confirmation and directly place the order.
than I called the dominos and canceled my order. generally all the website reactivate the voucher code if it the order is canceled. and my believe for the dominos was the same. I was expecting my voucher to be activated again.
but after few days when I tried to place the order the voucher was not working. than I called the dominos about that. and the answer received by them was very unexpected.
when I called them they told me that once the voucher is redeemed it can not be used again. I told them if you can not activate the voucher again than give me a new voucher code or give me 500 rupees order. because my voucher is also deactivated and I also did not received the order. but they were just keep saying that once the voucher is redeemed it can not be used again.
but the fact is that they have received the payment and they do not have any customer policy after canceling the order. all other websites are very genuine in that case and they provide proper resolution for the same matter.
the customer care lines are also not toll free I called a lot of time by calling on that high rated lines and wasted my time and money on them. but they are not listening to me and they are cheater to loot customer money.
I am totally disagree with the policy of dominos.
the rates of the pizzas are also very high and they take very huge taxes as well. so I am very dissatisfied with the dominos and looking forward not to buy pizzas from that website ever. they are cheaters.
