I dont find any improvement in my health. followed 1 rule -->eat after every 2 hrs...cr@p..I gain weight.One can use this book to read for time-pass.
But dont follow diet plan given in this book.It will increase your weight.I followed one of the plan but didnt work for me. Count your calories how much you are taking and how much you are burning by doing exercise that will help.
It was given in the book you can continue with butter, paratha. So I also did not stop eating butter, paratha, cheese.
It did not help me.So I have discarded her rules.tips, whatever...she wrote in the book. I have set my own rules and those have helped me loose weight.
