Doordarshan is a Indian Government channel which we used to watch when we were kids and had no other option to choose from. We always liked the serials like Chitrahaar, Rangoli, Shaktimaan and Weekend movies. This channel has one thing which makes it look apart from others is that it only offers clean shows and no vulgar and cheap tricks are used either by channel or serials to gain TRP.
The channel might have lost the charm but still it is one of the most watched channel on Indian Tele Media. I still like the channel a lot but barely gets time to watch it. I still have many memories associated with this TV Channel and wish all my luck to the channel.
The quality of the program is nice and we have got program for each and every audience group. Doordarshan’s other regional channel are also a treat to watch. We enjoy DD Rajasthani a lot.
