Recently I bought a mobile from Flipkart and on 9th of November and after booking I got a message that it will get delivered by 14th by Dot zot courier, I was scared that it will take more than a week and even with my past experience with Dotzot which was so pathetic and even by other reviews of customer which says bad about Dot zot I was a bit scared
NOTE: - If I try to buy any product or anything whether offline or online I usually read reviews of that particular products in Mouth shut.Com, I would like to thank Mouthshut.com to make me decide about any products before buying/using it.
So I was but scared about Dot zot because of their late delivery as most of the review in mouth shut shows its negativity.
But whether my luck was good or really they have improved their service, only after the days of booking by 12 dec I got a call from Dot zot saying that he is waiting for me next to my home ( in mentioned address) , I was amazed of their fast delivery.
As I was not expecting the mobile that vary day and I was not available at home by that time as it supposed to deliver after 5 days so I told him that I will receive it by tomorrow.
The next day again he called me and asking when I will be available, I told him to come after 12, by that time he came and I received the product even he was excusing for being late by one day while it was my fault, impressed by their friendly behavior.
Finally the conclusion is it’s a fast delivery courier and very friendly behaviour of their employee is.
