I stayed here on & off for one week in September 16 on business. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.This was my 2nd stay at this hotel also with my 11 year old niece. and it’s beautiful! we stayed in a suite and it’s clean relaxing. When we arrived about 10:30am there were several people checking in. The lady that was checking us in had 1 person in front of us, so we waited may be 2 or 3 minutes. When it was our turn, the lady asked, if it was our first time in Double tree Hilton Gurgaon When I said no, she looked us up in the computer and went in the back office and came back with 2 other desk clerks to assist others waiting to be checked in. She printed our check in form and room keys and said "I will personally take you to your room". She grabbed my bags and took me and my niece to our suite.
She gave us her business card and told us to call her if we needed anything or a tour of the facilities including the executive lounge. We thought this was a great gesture, especially since the lobby was busy. My room itself was also beautiful - really spacious with massive bed, TV and really stunning bathroom. . I really liked the lobby bar - it was always lively and buzzing. Exceptional Service and excellent value for money. All Thnx to a staff. u made it so simple for me about choosing my next stay at gurgaon.i ws considering others. but ur hospitality made me choose hilton. The staff are attentive, welcoming and helpful. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff who was serving us with their warm smiles and their attentiveness really made our evening lovely. They were always there whenever we needed their assistance. Thanks to them even my 11 year old niece loved their caring and positive attitude! Well done! We will definitely come again! The food at the hotel is excellent, The food here was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. its lovely to see the hospitality and the array of fine cuisine served we had no complaints or problems with anything during out stay. We especially enjoyed having breakfast in the lounge, where it was quiet and relaxing. which I highly recommend. I went to the gym a couple of times and was pleasantly surprised at the good selection and excellent condition of the equipment. The pool was also great. Real luxury and fantastic service at affordable prices. This hotel has good access to public transportation and there is a shopping mall nearby. It is simply nice to stay at Doubletree Hilton Gurgaon for its COZY environment, facilities provided by the hotel, the eazy access to metro station, the wide range of restaurants surrounding the hotel and the variety of the MGF Malls that is in within reach.You can also visit families with peace of mind There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Bus and Metro are close by, but we used cabs to get around. Cabs are always lined up in front of the hotel, and the bell staff will open the door for your cabs everytime.
We have stayed at many hotels in gurgaon, and this hotel is our favourite. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. Smooth check-in procedure with private assistance has been arranged on arrival. Late check out was no problem including a room at the hospitality floor for taking a shower before leaving for the airport-transfer.
The room was clean, cosy and modernly equipped. I have been to gurgaon for several times, but I think that I will continue staying there whenever I visit gurgaon. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for its great service and great location.
