I’m obsessed with trying new product, so naturally I was dying to try Dove’s conditioner... I have to say, it didn’t do much for me! I noticed no difference... but of course one has to realize that everybody has different hair types. So, long story short I would predict that if you have color treated, straight hair with fine strands and normal hair (as opposed to dry etc.) it won’t do much for you either.
I also got a chance to try the foam conditioner and wasn’t impressed either, it’s a fun idea… but I have gotten more body in my hair from sleeping on it when its wet all night.
The shampoos and conditioners I would recommend with my hair type are in the Fructis lines, the John Frieda color depositing lines (“Radiant Red” and “Brilliant Brunette”) and the Pantene lines (although I heard that Pantene shampoo covers your individual hair strands in a layer of plastic… I’m not quite sure that’s a bad thing though… don’t take my word for it).
