I used Dove curl care shampoo & conditioner and to my disgust it has left a greasy....even sticky residue in my hair that I can’t get out. And do you think the unilever company will help? NO! They say it couldn’t possibly be them that caused this. What do I do now?? I know I’ll never use any Unilever product again!
I have tried to get this stuff out with cornflower ( I tip I got off the internet) and I’ve tried to comb it out with other hair care products. Now someone has suggested I try vinegar. Somethings got to work.
I have used the curl care conditioner before with good results, this time I bought the shampoo as well and am horrified at the results. No one should use this product if they value their hair.
The customer service provided is next to nothing. They haven’t even seen my hair and they’re refusing to take responsibility. They haven’t even contacted me to say they’ve received the product I sent to them to be tested. I sent it last week in an overnight post bag. I really don’t have anything positive to say about this useless company.
