Greetings,
I am Navneet Khandelwal a "Customer" of Dr.Batras and I have been taking treatment from Dr.Batras Jabalpur Wright Town branch.It has been 11 months of my 12 months treatment package of hairfall but I’m really sad to tell you that Dr.Batras has failed all the promises and commitments it promised in start of my treatment.
Also would like to mention that my Hair condition has been DEGRADED after I started with Dr.Batras.I would focus on the fact that my hair problems have worsened after the treatment.I at least expected for it to become stable after taking treatment from this BIG BRAND but failed miserably. Also a lot of money has been wasted.
I followed all treatments properly and in between my doctor too got changed but still nothing happened.I complained many times and many senior appointments have been set up but they too failed to provide resolution.
I atleast expected my situation to become stable rather than my hair grow but the complete opposite happened.I still remember the first day when you said considerable results will be seen after treatment.Yes you were right but it was in the opposite sense.
I know nothing will happen after this mail as well but still I wish you take appropriate measures to really care about patients rather making Dr.Batras a bigger brand.
