My mother has got treated from Dr. batra South EX. they never pick the phone for appointments! we need to ring at least 15 times to have the appointment. Then you need to wait for 2 hour even if you are on time!
their staff is very very bad..
I want to share my last experience here.. I got a call from them that " A senior doctor want to meet her" we agreed and my mother went there. the doctor did not check anything..justed asked for the cheque to continue the membership for one more year. they also did not gave my parents the medicines for the remaining days left for the month. that was really very very frustrating as far as I am concerned.
the first thing when you notice in the batra’s is the absence of any person to whom you may speak about your issues. be it medical or staff related. how can a patient would like to continue the treated if not treated well these terms. Batra’s should first launch a CC centre where you can report such incidences.
