I wasted my time with these people. I went there with one problem but after starting to take their medicines, another problem started and they were not able to address that. They referred me to their senior consultant who could be of no use too. They are very inconsistent. You need to really struggle to get a doctor on phone. If you are lucky, you may get a call back. Doctors are young and well trained to talk like call center executives. Their expertise is questionable. Customer service is horrible. They blame it on the data entered in their computer (they dont want to correct the data!!). My wife said one must really commend your patience. you are still going to these people for so long. Not anymore - I finally bid goodbye to them.
I should have smelt that something is wrong during my first visit itself. They said I need to register for one year - how can someone decide upfront that a particular problem takes 1 year to treat ?
