I am writing this review under’Dr. Batra’s Clinic Mumbai, as I couldn’t find’Dr. Batra’s Clinic Chennai.) I was surfing Internet for better health center in Chennai and came across https://health.india.com/ At the right side of the page I saw a panel " Have a health problem? Book now for an appointment with Dr Batra’s, " with a form to fill. I filled and within 10 minutes I got a call from their customtakeouter care center from Bangalore. The officer told me that he has arranged a free chick-up today at 12.30 pm at their Chennai Clinic, and gave me the address: Annanagar Teja Towers, A.C-2, 3rd Floor 2nd Avenue, Opp Ayyappan Temple, Chennai - 600040, Tamil Nadu, India.Timings Weekdays: 12 pm to 9 pm
imings Weekends: 10 am to 9 pm. and also registration number, and I need not pay anything for the consultation.p promptly went for my appointment.
One gentleman, neatly dressed welcomed me, and gave a form to fill. He already had my registration number, I was very impressed with cleanliness of the Clinic. The staff were also well dressed, with neat name tag. I was 3rd in the waiting list. I just enquired a old man sitting before me and asked him about the treatment. He has allergic(dust) cold. he is taking treatment for past 2 months. He has signed a contract for 12 months @ Rs.12, 000//. This gave me a bit panic, as I cannot pay that much.
When my turn came, I entered the doctors(?)cabin. There was a chief Lady doctor and her assistant. I took all my old records. She went through and said, that I should take some additional homeopathic medicine in addition to the present medicine that I am already taking, English medicines. She never examined me physchandru021y or suggested any laboratory check.
She just mentioned the treatment for 6 months normally cost Rs.7999/- but she will consider some discount as I a a sMr_customtakeouternt, which her receptionist will explain. I came out and met the receptionist. She said, that after considering me as a special case, and I need to pay only Rs.3000/- which includes all consultation and review every month, medicines, etc, . I can also come for other common illness like cold, fever and any other decease that presently I have. No extra charge. Is it not very attractive? But as somehow not convinced - how they can strat treatment without ant check-up? I told her, that I will discuss with my parents and come. But the receptionist literally begging me to pay Rs.1000/as advance either by credit card/debit card/Cheque and I can pay the balance when they give me the medicines! I thanks God saving me from this cheaters.
