It is written in MS that few reviews are fake / biased w.r.t. Dr. Batra’s. In order judge the genuine reviews, I think we should go one step a-head and give additional details like the branch which is approached, the doctors who are giving the treatment, the grievances particularly either against the branch or front office or the medicines or treatment etc. This would help the other MS readers to take better decisions.
As many feel that that legal action cannot be taken due to either Mumbai jurisdiction or other reasons, this detailed review can help the patients safeguard themselves. Old adage - Prevention is better than cure. Also, the review can contain the details of other doctors who were met subsequently after Dr. Batra’s and the results of their treament with regard to improvement in condition, so that the MS readers will also have the database of good doctors handy, whom they can approach instead of Dr. Batra’s. I think like this we on MS can build a good database of doctors, clinics and hospitals because doctors are very important and we require them in some point of life.
I have heard some friends who are satisfied with Dr. Batra’s and some who are not. Amazingly, some are very highly satisfied also. So better decision can be possible only with facts and which I think we should carry on MS threadbare.
