They are totally pro-seller only. They give the wrong price of the new vehicle and buyer is duped into paying more. For my car they never told me that a discount of 4.5 lakhs is going on at that particular time and I was made to pay more. I am from Visakhapatnam and we purchased two cars from them. I was assured that the documents will reach me by courier within 20 days.
They went on telling lies regarding the status of my documents whenever I called them. Finally they sent the documents for processing itself after 40 days of my purchase of vehicle.
