The gel is nice and sticky, this is good because you want it to stick to your teeth rather than spread to your gums. It doesn’t have a bad taste either, like other whitening I’ve tried. I literally get compliments on my white teeth all the time. I drink lots of coffee, tea, and red wine - but my teeth are SUPER WHITE!
