I am currently 24 years old, and my white hair had started coming from the time I was around 18 years old because of my mistake as I started coloring my hair when I was around 17 years old. First I did not take any treatment for it, because I thought it would stop on its own and that it where I went wrong. Finally one day when I went to get my hair colored, my stylist told me that I was intensely more grey than normal on the crown of my scalp & the sides and also that my hair was lifeless and dull and when she washed my hair after coloring, she noticed a lot of hair on the drain. I’d also noticed my hair greying much faster and the same thing with washing my hair at home in the shower, lots of hair on the drain but kept ignoring. But when my stylist told me about the same I panicked and went to Dr Health Clinic. The doctor there, Dr Shahihd Shamsher told me clearly that further graying would stop, but there is no chance at all of any reversal of graying. So he has managed to stop my graying further and my hair loss was also curbed noticeably. Currently I am not taking his treatment, but I am on his maintenance treatment. So am taking some food items, like yeast and curd and also taking supplements of calcium and vitamin b5. Yeast and curd is fine but it has become absolutely difficult to find these supplement tablets as they are not easily available at our local medical stores. Hence I cannot take them on regular basis and I am worrying that hope this does not start greying my hair again. I guess the doctor should start making these supplements available at his clinic only. After all he is only suggesting us to take them na. In the meanwhile I am thinking that I should start using mehendi and not any hair colors or dyes to cover my existing grey hair.
