If you are planning to go to a dentist, make sure you do your research before you go to Dr. Kavitha Neelambaran. I would never recommend her to anybody. She is the greediest doctor I have ever seen in my life and many of her earlier patients have told me the same thing. She only knows how to sweet-talk a patient very well and extract maximum money out of the patients. She has very few patients and tries to extract maximum money from each of them. The money that she could have earned by seeing 10 patients by doing a good and honest job, she will try to earn the same amount from 3-4 patients.
Don’t be fooled by the look of the clinic. It comes across as a good neighbourhood dental clinic and she will also come across to be gentle and good at the beginning but she is doing this only to impress a first time patient and get money. Whether it is required or not, she will always take X-ray for your teeth and add one more cost. She charges very inappropriately for everything. Even Manipal Hospital and other well-known hospitals don’t charge so much like her. And there at least the costs are transparent and there is a fixed cost for everything. Here, you will never get to know the exact cost because she tells the cost by judging your paying ability rather than the treatment she is providing you with. You will only come out feeling cheated.
