Ok Guys I am back with the good news.
It has been 10 days since I have started my weight loss program and have lost a staggering 11.4 kgs(believe you me). I am not able to believe it myself, but its true.
So guys, all the best, it works. Now am aiming for a complete 25 kgs wt loss(my aim) Almost half way through within first 10 days, rest of the journey will be difficult as initially a lot of water retention would have been removed. I am up for the challenge. Thanks to Dr. Kolawales. I am able to do it with ease as I don’t feel hungry inspite of such a strict diet.
