From the moment I walked through the door complete professionalism . My bags was taken to my room swiftly by a lovely porter. My room immaculate and the best pre op nurse ever Marie lovely patience and kind. Had a lovely lunch, salad was a bit wacky but the Sea Bass cooked to perfection. The staff were extremely helpful also and the whole level of services was top! I can’t recommend them enough. Thanks!
