My mother has severe problems related to gastrointestinal area. So, she frequently requires test to be done.
Now I am going to explain my experience with Dr. LAL PATH LAB.
PROS:-
1) The lab is like a brand and has branch all over India.all the hospital and clinic, nursing home accept its report.
2) The doctors or pathologist are well - behaved and well qualified too.
Cons:-
1) The lab is too much costly for the test as it charges almost double than the other lab in the city.
2) They often make a excuse of technical failure and we have to give sample again.I don’t know what happens in case of emergency
3) The employees at reception or payment counter are just terrible.the even don’t know how to talk with patient
4) The lab’s infrastructure is also not upto the expectations according to it’s brand name.
