Hi my self Amit (9560191081) I got my test done by Dr Lal Path Labs & unfortunately it has become a night mare for me. my samples were collected on 9th April’ 2013 and I was supposed to get my report by evening same day. Till date (11th April’ 2013) still struggling to get my report.
My LAB Number: 101649745. Worst customer care never picks up call no update on reports. also if you registered your complaint on their website they will never revert. I did complaints almost 18 times on their website with all my contact details but till date never got any resolution.
I also spoke to their area rep Mr. Pradeep in Paschim Vihar who was unable to resolve the problem. "PLEASE NEVER VISIT DR LAL PATHLABS."
