We had been to the Dr. Lal path lab in DLF Citycourt, Sikanderpur (11.07.12) to get the blood tests of our 23 months old child. There were three male persons who were assigned to take the blood sample of the child. They were so so inexperienced that they pricked the kid three times, made him cried for about half an hour & still were unable to collect the sample. At third time when they pricked, they collected 10 ml of blood, we were shocked when they couldn’t even handle the collected blood sample & dropped it off. The glass tube was broken with all blood sample being spilled off. We were totally frustrated, wanted to talk to the in-charge over there, but again, the heartless and non-courtesy lady over there didn’t come out to say a word of sorry, rather she locked the door of her room so that we cant approach her.
Last but not the least, the girl at the counter, who had nothing to do with the whole episode, she shouted at us & was so rude to us. Not even a single person from that lab realized the mistake done by them. Later when we got the test done from some other good Doctor, we came to know that those immature people of your lab had pricked at the wrong place at 1st two times, and when they were able to find the right vein, they spilled the collected blood sample. We’ll never ever refer anybody for Dr. Lal path labs and request you not to play with other’s lives.
Please give an importance to human values.
