I visited the Sikanderpur- Gurgaon City court Branch on Saturday for a Level 2 scan and triple marker test for my wife. My experience there was horrible.
The cashier- MAHESH does not have a sense to talk to the customer. He made me go insane to an extent that I thought of registering a complain with the Police.
I would like to appreciate the technician expertise. One more thing; while my wife was undergoing the Level 2 scan’ someone entered the room and that too a male; which left me more embarrassed. I believe Dr.LAL and his team should concentrate more on the staff courtesy and behavior towards customer.
Whether you believe or not; I would never ever go to the city court branch only because of Mahesh. He is very frustrating and rude to the customer.
