I am chandrashekhar sahu and I want to tell you someting about dream honda showroom bilaspur in my review.
My friends my father purchased new Activa 4g model from deam honda showroom bilaspur on dec. month 2017 . They handle a damage and poor activa scooty to my father. when we are in showroom for purchasing new scooty then they tell us to wait for some time after compeleting all document process. becase they are repairing scooty to the service center. and finaly they handle a damage scooty to my father. after 2 days my father goes to showroom for complain about the scooty. then manager of honda service center not behave properly with my father.
and after compline he say my father to give scooty for
rapiring in service center for 2 days . after 2 days my father going to bring scooty then he look somthing scrach in the body and handle locker was broken .
then he askd to the manager about this . then he say to my father to claim insurance company for accidental case . but my father not accept this. beacause this accident is done by the service centre man.
and manage not behave ptoperly with my father.and so my father is not going for any serviceing of activa scooty in service centre.
so, I want to suggest you that service of dream honda showroom is very poor.
I have very bad experience with dram honda showroom.
so dont like honda brand and honda service.
Hero company is better than the honda company.
dont purchase any honda bike and scooty beacause they play with customer. and service is very poor.
they know people like activa and so they purchase active but I want to suggest mastrod scooty of Hero company is good option in the place of activa.
and give a massege to honda company that honda is not important for customers, customers is important for Hond .
