The Jeans Generation:(Also known as “Tom boy” or the Bossy character who likes to bang up people as a form of affection). Such beauties are inspired by the war movies of the 70’s and always look on a rampage for whatever? Don’t be surprised if some of them even dote on Manikchand or a malabaro.
Paree hoon main: Talk about living in a world of your own.They walk 6 inches over the ground, no.they actually float. Wow! Flowing and swirling clothes are their forte. As are deliberately demure looks and constantly batting eyelids. The final effect is - puke.
Paro hoon main: Fusion is their middle name. They live to promote east-west fashion, . Without them, Indian wear wouldn’t get this whole new meaning. Now how do they manage to create this magical effect? Simple - get any jeans, any cut, any color and pair it with any shirt, any color, any fit and boy.do they have attitude! And then come the accessories. These include anklets, payals actually and when combined with a gajra it’s an absolutely lethal combination.
Total chhamiya: Silver and glitter came back on the ramp thanks to them. There’s a thin line of demarcation.between the Paros and the Chhamiyas. The Paros are inspired by Yash Chopra flicks while our Chhamiyas follow trends set by Rambha.
Babe factor: Whoa.she’s the one who all the guys want to check out. Loaded with lots of oomph and sex appeal, she’s every girlfriend’s nightmare. Dress codes include anything that sticks to the skin or maybe just shows a lot of it.
Girl next door: She’s the simple conventional lass who doesn’t leave any imprint in your memory. Though she wants to make it big as the glamour gal she just doesn’t have the spunk. If you noticed the salwar-kameez clad girl in the Riya Sen video(the twins.) you’ll know what I mean. She fantasizes and dresses up when all alone but walks with a’book hugging’ posture on the road.
