My purifier is broken and nobody is coming to replace the device. They keep sending messages that technician is assigned but nobody is coming to fix this. Number provided in the message is not reachable. Device is more than 3 years old and even after it’s completely broken they are not replacing it.I have to pay the fee for a broken machine
