We cannot depend on this service. DriveU as well as their driver will cheat you. If you ask for the driver the driver will come and somewhere else and will not be contractible and will go away saying he could not contact the customer. Reason is most of the drivers have direct connection with the customers which they prefer do because DriveU cuts some amount from them.
If you extend the time sometimes Ok but some occasions it’s a problem. Once I extended the time and went to some office after returning back driver missing for more than 45 mnts he was missing reason given was I extended the duty time and he had to go for Namaz.
DriveU is not dependable and I do not recommend anyone to use this service.
Most unreliable service. If we book the driver, driver’s details will be given only 30mnts before the reporting time. If they don’t get the driver, they don’t even inform us in advance. Most unreliable service and cheat the customers.
If anyone serious to hire a driver don’t depend on DriveU.
