Thank you for ruining our trip, Drivezy.

This happened yesterday, 6th January, 2019.


We had rented a Pulsar NS 200 bike for an outing trip from Drivezy franchise near Manyata tech park, Bangalore. The bike went smoothly for a good 15 - 20 km.


Suddenly, the pickup went all wrong. It didn’t let the rider exceed above 40- 45 km/hr. We took it to a mechanic, he said it has no engine oil. We paid for that & took a receipt for reimbursement.


With much difficulty, we had to come back to the city. Suddenlyafter just reaching the outskirts of Bangalore, the bike just’shut down’ & we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere.


We called up the franchise( Manyata Tech Park) manager, he gave us cold shoulders saying he couldn’t do anything unless the customer care sends someone from the nearest location to tow the vehicle.


We called up the customer care. No response.


After reaching the franchise after towing the bike on our own, the manager quickly left the site after seeing us.


No reimbursement. No apology. Not a single person on site.


That is how our trip on a pleasant Sunday went!


And yes, we paid 300/- for the petrol and couldn’t use even the half of it! Splendid!
