I had moved from Pune to Ranchi in month of feb 2016 so shifted few things which included FULL HD LED tv+ 2.1 Speaker. They also added amount for insurance which they said was mandatory.After 12 days they completed their job and brought stuff to my place in Ranchi. They were in hurry and took my signature and left as soon as possible.
Next day when I opened all the boxes saw that my LED tv and Speaker were broken. Some how speaker was repaired but LED screen can not be fixed it can only be replaced with new one which is very expensive. When I called dsl movers and packers they were not very keen to talk and were very arrogant. After requesting a lot they said they have raised request in insurance company which will contact me after 10 days, No one contacted after that.Please dont use this movers and packers service, They don’t know how to handle fragile stuff.May be its my mistake that I sent fragile stuff but they assured me.
