BEWARE ! ( FROM DT Mall food courts Smart card staff ) I had very bad experience with the DT mall Chandigarh Food court staff ( usually 2 guys that are always in the counter on weekends ) who gives you smart cards. They are always in search to steal one way or another. I have 3 instances with them as explained below :
On one occasion the employee there refunded me Rs 100 less and immediately walks away from the counter to the toilet hoping that I may not notice it, so I have to wait 5, 10 minutes before he returned and than he started arguing that he did gave full amount. So had to push hard to get the 100 Rs from the fool.
On the second occasion my friend was cheated of Rs 10 and when he realized , he thought that now its to late to convince him and its just only Rs 10 to make scene of it. And I noticed that its the same guy( white colored skin ) who cheated me few weeks earlier.
On third occasion its somewhat my fault that I forgot somewhere or lost my smart card in the foodcourt , but went immediately to them and shown my slip but they refused to redeem it and gave me reason that someone else have already got my balance amount. I felt cheated as these are the same people who always look to grab money from other people’s purse.
So I am just posting this to other Chandiagrh citizens to beware of the staff that gives smart cards in front of food courts. Also please share your experiences if you have any.
