In September 2016, I used their services to move my belongings from Bangalore to Delhi. They are absolutely awful; after packing, they dumped my belongings in their house and demanded more money; helpless, I agreed to pay an additional $10, 000. They continued to delay the shipping of my goods even after that, kept making excuses, and eventually stopped returning my calls. Additionally, they charged me 3% of the value of the goods for insurance even though none was offered. They offered me martime insurance after numerous follow-ups; it costs Rs 500, but I paid Rs 3000. They are quite unprofessional, thus I strongly advise staying away from them. 0 out of 5 stars.
