I recently had the Miss Fortune of using DTC Packers and Movers for my relocation and I must say it was an absolute Nightmare I can’t stress in a how disappointed and frustrated I am with the service they provided from start to finish everything went wrong and I regret even hiring them here is a detailed account of my horrible experience.
Poor communication write from the beginning DTC Packers and Movers declared a lack of professionalism in their communication they were UN responsive to my queries often ignoring my cause and emails it was in creditly trying to get any information or updates from them regarding the move
Unreliable service on the schedule the moving day the Movers arrived rate without any period notice they delay caused a Domino effect resetting in further delay through out the entire process their rack of punctuality and this regard for the agreed upon time frame was unacceptable.
Careless handling the most significant issue I encountered was the Miss handling of my belongings fragile items were carelessly packed and inequality protection leading to several damages items upon arrival at my new home.
In conclusion my experience with DTC Packers and Movers was an absolute disaster their poor communication and reliable service careless handling of my belongings hidden costes and award or lack of accountability lift me feeling frustrated and regretful for choosing them I strongly advise against using their services if you value professionalism and the safety of your belongings look for more reputed and trust were the moving companies to avoid the nightmare I went through.
