Guys DTDC is very veey cheap courier service for me. As a buyer at many online websites I face lots of problem with this nonsense courier service.
When ever I buy products from ebay, their most sellers use this dtdc service which is worse worse and worse experience for me.
They deliver products very late, thier workers are really very bad in behavior, they dont know how to talk with strangers ( in phone calls) .
Most of the time they never picked any calls, they dont help me to give a proper information about my courier.
Recently I have purchased a vr 3d glass from ebay the seller shipped on 27sept. Only.
It would take min. 2-3 days to reach my destination. But no, it yet reached half path.
Very very dissapointed experience with them.
They never replied mails, thier tracking page is also updated with lack of details and very late.
They dont deliver to home, once upon a time they dont call and make second attempts to deliver products.
