My sent a parcel containing kitchen chimney from Kolkata to Deoghar. It was delivered fully broken. I went to local office, but they behaved rude.
On repeated failure to resolve the matter. Being irritated, I finally lodge a complaint in district consumer forum. Then they started coming for compromise. But even that time, they said to compromise in 25% of the value involved.
I told the court will decide. Overall a very very bad experience from DTDC
