This is with reference to the docket number Z30012871, the DTDC people at Chennai are pathetic. They just don’t understand the importance of the courier. Also, when requested to deliver the courier at a particular time, they didn’t adjust.
The packet stayed with them for more then 3-4 days despite of my regular follow-ups. This is the third time this has happened. There is no help from the website sector of DTDC. Very Depressing Services. Please think twice before choosing DTDC.
