My mother sent a courier through dtdc Bhopal, the person told its better to send by plane n he charged Rs 320 for 1.5kg courier, and since it was urgent it was supposed to reach the next day.
But its the fourth day today and it has not reached yet. So, she called dtdc services and they gave some other number n so on.but no proper response regarding why it didn’t reach and on top of it nobody picks up calls on customer care.DTDC is FRAUD.
