To start with, we should thank Mouth-shut team for providing platform to share our experience in such a nice platform. By mistake I used DTDC service, as it was nearby my office. My apology for not clearly reading previous reviews.
NEVER USE DTDC service unless you have no other choice!
This is based on my experience w.r.t "CN B2829X6X6" and previous parcels sent through DTDC.
I had booked it from JP Nagar office Near Dalmiya circle Bangalore.I have to make so many calls to JP Nagar office and Destination DTDC office and still they are not bothered.
Reasons for coming-up with above conclusion:
1> Very slow delivery
2> "DTDC.IN" Website functions not properly- Not consistent(Earlier it was too good)
3> Very costly charges compared to other courier service.
4> DTDC is running show based on brand name, Old one(though not gold) and having lot of offices, but unfortunately they are not maintaining timely delivery & update on transit status.
5> Non-caring, Non-professional.
6> We will end up in making lot of calls to their office.
