This is very shameful that DTDC courier on whom most of the people trust provides bad service.
Today’s experience with DTDC courier is really very bad this should be shameful for DTDC management.
We have experienced such a bad service from DTDC. We had sent one document date 26/05/2010(Gadhinagar to Orrisa). They could not deliver till date!. Today its 30th June; its already 1month and 5 days gone and a courier has not been delivered…that too it was a TENDER submission!
I tracked it on DTDC website. it is showing “Return to shipper on” the date of 7/6/2010, but still we havent received the courier, they have written the Reason on web site àRTO Due to no service. If they don’t have service in that area, why they should take any courier. In fact, I had spoken to the person whom I was sending the courier and they have confirmed that DTDC comes to their office regularly.
They don’t think about the loss of sender. I have lost the tender because of DTDC and also I have not got my tender documents back this may also mean that they have misused the tender by giving to competitor. Very very bad service?
Our overall experience with DTDC Currier is
There is no coordination between management and the delivery persons.
They do not know how to handle customer calls.
I cannot file a complaint online on DTDC website so that management can take corrective actions.
One should not deal with DTDC as it is such an annoying experience.
