For a long time I have been a regular client of DTDC courier. Recently their service have improved a lot. The consignment tracking system is also functioning better. The office person are showing better courtesy in dealing with the customers.
The consignment booking and delivery, the time taken for shipping, their rates of shipping and the way of handling the consignment all are more professional now. Compared to most of the couriers, other than the most professional ones like Bluedart, DTDC service is ok, for the normal customers.Mostly I prefer to use them for sending small consignments.
