DTDC Malad west(Near Chincholi Bunder road) is the MOST unprofessional outlet of yours.
I called them first on Monday 5th Jan 2015 on 022 6526 7423 in the MORNING, I was assured by the lady that by afternoon, 3:30 PM, the package will be picked up. NOBODY bothered to show up.
Fed up, the next day Tuesday 6th Jan 2015, I called Justdial for a courier pick up at 12:30 PM. I was called by Robert -+918767545487. I was willing to forego of what happened the previous day and agreed to give them the business. AGAIN, I was assured of a pickup by 3:30 PM. THE SAME BLOODY THING HAPPENED YET AGAIN! NOBODY BOTHERED TO COME PICK UP, WHEN I TRIED CALLING ROBERT, HIS PHONE WAS OFF, AND IN A CASUAL WAY HE SAID, HE’LL COME PICK THE PARCEL OFF(While clearly travelling outbound).
It really DISGUSTS me to see the customers being treated like this. I DEFINITELY will NEVER EVER! deal with DTDC again, I run a production house(Media agency) and have regular outgoing mails, you guys can FORGET the business!
I’m writing this because I’ll be posting this on numerous other sites which will give you a negative review, because quite frankly you DESERVE one.
