Booked a pair of shoes to North east(Aizwal, Mizoram) on 7 oct 2014 by AIR MODE and today is 18 october 2014 and the tracking status says still in transit.
Firstly the lady at the following branch(Chinnappa garden, Bangalore - 560046) claimed they will send by air and charged 450 rupees for a pair. God knows which airplane takes more than 12 days days to reach a destination which is hardly 1700 km and yet be in transit. The tracking status(picture attached) shows they have send by surface not air. Pure fraud.
I have called their office and there is no proper response. They say will let me know about the status and yet there is no trace of their call too. I know I will have to make few more calls to remind them of inconvenience they are causing me .
Tracking number: D19840830. I really don’t know what to do as I am more worried about the shoes I have sent also I really don’t recommended a sensible person to use DTDC. This is not the first time I have faced problems with them but this is the first time I am writing a review. Such a disappointment and frustration even are paying a premium amount .
